how to renew your membership
Club memberships are valid for 1 year. To continue as a member of the Club after the end of the year, the membership must be renewed. Each member will receive a renewal reminder 1 month before their membership expiry date. Any memberships not renewed by the expiry date will be automatically cancelled. Only individuals with a current, valid membership are entitled to membership benefits – including participating in Club training sessions.

Select ‘Your membership’ from the ‘Members area’ menu

Click ‘Renew your membership’

- Select or input your gender, address & dog details
- Check that your ‘Membership details’ are correct.
- Input the cardholder name, card number, expiry date and CVV code from your payment card.
- Tick to accept the Club’s Terms of Membership.
- Click register
Depending on the requirements of your card issuer, you may be required to complete some security steps. Once these are complete, you will be taken back to the members area and will receive a renewal confirmation email.
You will also receive your new year’s Membership QR code by email. While your QR code email will usually be sent to you within 10 workings day, you may receive the email up to 1 month after renewing. While waiting to receive your QR code email you are able to participate in Club training sessions. We would ask that you bring a copy of your renewal confirmation email with you to training sessions as proof of membership after renewing before you receive your new QR code.
