Following adoption of the proposed Club rule update at the Special General Meeting on 2nd October 2022, and the introduction of a new membership system for the Club, the 2023 membership renewal process for existing members will be slightly different compared to previous years.
All membership records were transferred to the new membership system on 26 December. Everyone should have received one or more emails from the new system notifying them of an update to and/or activation of their membership. In addition the Club’s membership secretary sent an email notice to all members on the same day explaining the system updates and how to renew for 2023. Please be sure to double check your junk/spam folders!
The renewal window for 2022 members to extend their membership into 2023 opened on 2 January 2023 and will close on 31 January 2023.
All members received a renewal reminder on 31 December and are now able to renew their membership for 2023 using the Club’s new membership system via the Club’s website. Payment for Club membership should be made by credit card at the time of renewal where possible and members who successfully renew will be notified immediately by automatic email. To renew, members will need to:
- In the top right of the Club’s website, select the “Members Area” menu (mobile device users – select the three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the Club’s website first)
- Click “Login / Logout”
- Log in using the email or username as stated in the Club emails sent to you in December
- Once logged in, select the Members Area menu again and click “Your membership”.
- Click the “Renew your membership” link, complete the form and submit.
- You will receive an automatic notification by email immediately on successful renewal.
